Datatute specializes in lead generation, data brokerage, and related data-driven services. We provide clients with access to qualified leads, analytics, insights, and opportunities to monetize data. Services may vary depending on contracts or agreements with each client.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into binding agreements to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
   
• You may not misuse our services, attempt to interfere with systems, or access data you are not authorized to access.
   
• Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or automated data extraction is strictly prohibited.
   

Clients who receive leads or data from Datatute agree to:

• Use the data in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
   
• Not resell or distribute data without authorization.
   
• Provide accurate information when contracting with Datatute.
   

Datatute makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy and quality. However, we do not guarantee that all data will be error-free, complete, or meet specific performance results. Data is provided “as is,” and use is at the client’s own risk.

• Fees for services are outlined in the client agreement or order form.

All materials, branding, website content, and technology used to deliver services remain the exclusive property of Datatute or our licensors. Clients are granted limited rights to use deliverables solely for agreed business purposes.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information received from the other party secure and not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law.

Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any other privacy or marketing laws relevant to their jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Datatute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the 6 months preceding the claim.
 

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Datatute, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of data, non-compliance with laws, or breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

• The client breaches these Terms.
   
• Payments are overdue.
   
• Services are used unlawfully.
   

Clients may terminate their agreement subject to notice periods outlined in their contract.
